About The Area
Originally named after a house that Edward Wollstonecraft built in 1825, Crows Nest has become an affluent residential and commercial centre. The residential buildings of the area are a blend of semi detached and original 1920 bungalows together with apartment blocks and townhouses built in the 1960's. We are currently seeing new developments throughout the area to accommodate the great demand for both business and residential space.
Located only 5km North of Sydney CBD, Crows Nest is one of Sydney's' premier restaurant and cafe area. Over 77 choices of cafe and restaurants are all within an easy walk of each other many are award wining.
