Tertiary qualified with a Bachelor of Economics Degree from Sydney University and 7 years working in the finance industry for an international investment bank. These skills allow my vendors to gain exceptional prices, honest presale advice, cost effective and efficient marketing and most importantly the ability to negotiate the best outcome for the vendor plus attention to detail in key areas.
My philosophy is the real estate industry is not about property, it's about the people. Many agents forget the fact that the majority of vendors don't sell property everyday, and I believe it is my job to make it as less stressful as possible. This attitude and my enthusiastic approach have allowed me to create some great sales results. My sales success rate this year has been 95%.
